1. Scope

This policy covers the dabotech.ai website and the DABO AI software whenever the software contacts DABO's servers. The documents, conversations and results a company processes with DABO AI stay on that company's own server — DABO does not collect, view or store them.

2. Information you send on the website

When you fill out the Pilot request form, the contact form or the partner registration, or chat with the DABO assistant on this website, DABO receives what you provide (name, email, phone number, company name, the content of the conversation). The website assistant may use the country and city estimated from your IP address to answer local questions, such as the weather.

3. Technical information when installing DABO AI

When DABO AI is installed or reinstalled, the installer sends DABO one technical report containing: the version, operating system, hardware configuration (CPU, RAM, GPU, VRAM, disk space), a one-way hashed machine ID (cannot be traced back), language, time zone, installation result, and the IP address with the country and city estimated from it. The report contains no documents, conversations, account names or passwords. DABO uses it to count installations, improve hardware compatibility and provide technical support.

4. When the software connects to the Internet

Once installed, DABO AI runs fully without the Internet. The software only connects out when:

• it checks for or downloads an update;
• an administrator turns on an Internet feature such as web lookup, video link summaries, CRM/ERP, Microsoft 365 or Google connections, or messaging channels — only the content the task needs (for example search keywords) is then sent to that service;
• you choose to leave your contact details in the admin page (for example to receive a trial plan) — DABO uses them only to contact you and send the license.

5. How information is used

DABO uses this information only to respond to requests, provide consulting, send documents and licenses, give technical support and improve the product — never for third-party advertising.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure; only the DABO team members handling your request can access it. Infrastructure providers (storage, email delivery) process data on DABO's behalf solely for these purposes. Data is kept only as long as these purposes require.

7. Sharing with third parties

DABO does not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes, except when required by competent authorities under applicable law.

8. Your rights

Under the personal data protection laws that apply where DABO is registered and where you live, you may ask DABO at any time to provide, correct or delete your personal information.
