2. Intellectual property
All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are owned by DABO unless otherwise noted. Copying or redistributing for commercial purposes without DABO's written consent is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, and not to submit false information when filling out forms on the website.
4. Product information & pricing
Information about solutions, features, and deployment models on this website is for general introduction purposes. Specific pricing and contract terms will be provided separately by DABO based on each business's actual needs.
5. Limitation of liability
DABO strives to keep website information accurate and up to date, but is not liable for damages arising from use of website information outside the scope of an officially signed contract.
6. DABO AI software: voice use restrictions
Some foreign-language voice components of the DABO AI software are licensed under the Open RAIL-M license, which carries use restrictions. By installing or using DABO AI, you agree not to use the text-to-speech feature, or the audio it produces:
- in any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
- to exploit, harm or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way;
- to generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
- to generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
- to generate or disseminate content without expressly and intelligibly disclaiming that it is machine generated;
- to defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
- to impersonate or attempt to impersonate others (e.g. deepfakes) without their consent;
- for fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual’s legal rights or creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation;
- to discriminate against or harm individuals or groups based on social behavior, personal or personality characteristics, or legally protected characteristics;
- to exploit the vulnerabilities of a group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics in order to materially distort their behavior in a way that causes physical or psychological harm;
- to provide medical advice or interpret medical results;
- for the administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting that an individual will commit fraud or a crime.
These restrictions also apply to anyone you allow to use DABO AI. The full license text is included with the DABO AI installer.
7. Changes to terms
DABO may update these terms of use from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DABO is registered.
